Personal data we process
Collected and processed data includes the following categories of data: (i) Identification: name. (ii) Identification (detailed): full name; address; taxpayer number. (iii) Contact details: email address. (iv) Contact details (detailed): phone number; email address. (v) Usage: traffic data; usage statistics. (vi) Location: IP address.(vii) Business: company/startup; position; seniority(viii) Biography: prior roles and companies; professional experience; academic background.
Why do we process your data
Identification (i), Contact details (iii) and Business (vii) data is processed whenever you submit a request to contact via our Website forms, for the sole purpose of communicating with you (the “Contact via Form”). Identification (detailed) (ii), Contact details (detailed) (iv), Business (vii) and Biography (viii) data is processed whenever you apply to one of our programs, solely for the purpose of evaluating your application and communicating with you within that specific context (the “Program Application”). This data is also processed when you apply for a job with us, for the same purposes (the “Job Application”). Usage (v) and Location (vi) data are processed whenever a user accesses and uses the website, solely for the purpose of improving our Website and enhancing your experience while using it (the “Website Usage”).

(ii) Program Application: to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract – Article 6/1/b) GDPR. How long do we keep your data
We store your data for the following maximum periods: (i) Contact via Form: for a period of three (3) years after communications have ceased, unless a contractual relationship has been established; in such cases, if the communications are deemed relevant to the relationship, the rules of that relationship will apply. (ii) Program Application: for a period of one (1) year in the event of rejection, and ten (10) years after termination of the contractual relationship in the event of approval. (iii) Job Application: for a period of one (1) year in the event of rejection, and ten (10) years after termination of the contractual relationship in the event of approval. (iv) Website Usage: for a period of five (5) years after collection.
How we share your personal data
We work with third parties who could be recipients of your personal data, such as technical providers who process data on our behalf (e.g., cloud computing platforms, search engine providers, etc.) or analytics providers, as well as business partners regarding Program Applications.
