Laika Ventures is a pre-seed fund that backs founders from day zero. We invest €25k to €100k, often before there is a product, and work hands-on with the founders we back.

Our team has built and sold companies. We put that experience, and our network of partners, behind every founder in the portfolio.

People before products. We invest in the person first; product and market follow.

We look for talented people obsessed with a hard problem: the ones who will do something nobody thought possible. If you are exceptional, the idea can come later.

€25k to €100k, from day zero. That can be before the company exists, before the product, or before the first customer. We are often the first check a founder takes.

No. We back exceptional founders in any sector. Our portfolio spans applied AI, fintech, accounting, search, HR tech, adtech, clean tech, gaming and fashion.

Anywhere. We back founders wherever they are building from.

Over coffee. Write to lfg@laikaventures.co with who you are and the problem you cannot stop thinking about, and we will set up a conversation.

We decide at the table. If we need more time, we tell you what we need and when you will hear back.

You never build alone. We work with founders on product, go-to-market, hiring, operations and fundraising.

You also get the Laika partners: investors, clients, corporates and advisors you can call on from the first day.

Laika started as a venture studio, building companies from scratch alongside founders. We kept the hands-on support and became a pre-seed fund, so we can back more founders, earlier.

Fund I (€1M, 2024) is investing, with its last spots open. Fund II (€2M, 2027) is raising and has room for 20 founders.
