At Laika Ventures, we don’t just invest in ideas—we build and launch them. As a venture studio focused on AI-driven startups, we partner with ambitious entrepreneurs to launch and scale businesses with a hands-on approach.
Now, we are looking for a Business Developer to work across two of our portfolio startups. This role is centered around marketing and sales, ensuring that our startups gain traction, acquire customers, and grow efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute go-to-market strategies for two startups within Laika Ventures.
- Identify and engage with potential customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Work closely with founders to refine value propositions and positioning.
- Drive sales efforts, including lead generation, outreach, and closing deals.
- Track performance metrics and refine strategies based on insights.
Requirements:
- zero to up to 200+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Know what digital marketing, lead generation, and sales funnels are (if you don't, please check on the web before applying).
- Ability to keep up in a fast-working environment (no, we are not saying you need to work 60h/week. Just be super focused on performance and your own time management).
- Know how to write, speak, and negotiate with a potential customer without using ChatGPT.
- Love to learn, fail, and learn from failure.
Compensation package
- Gross salary 16-20k year
- Meal Allowance: 10,22€/day
