AI Engineer

We're always on the lookout for exceptional AI engineers and technical founders. Whether you want to join one of our portfolio companies or start a new company with our backing as an Entrepreneur in Residence (EiR), we want to hear from you.
Key responsibilities
Depending on the path you choose (team member or EiR), your role may include:
- Building and deploying production-grade AI/ML models, agents or platforms
- Validating startup ideas through rapid prototyping and user testing
- Working with product and design teams to ship AI-first features
- Working with our team and partners to iterate toward product–market fit
- Leading or co-leading the technical direction of a new company
What we are looking for
- Strong experience in AI/ML (e.g. LLMs, multimodal models, generative AI, MLOps)
- Proven ability to ship — ideally you've launched products, startups or open-source tools
- An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and speed
- Bonus: experience as a founder, technical co-founder or early-stage engineer
